8 years employed at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. Just under 2 years of that was spent as a Lead Technician where I received a level 2 in Supervising Staff Safely. Upon an opening of a new facility and being one of few Lead Technicians there at that time more responsibilities were given to me. Whereas I would be originally tasked to supervise one area of production I was given 4-5 areas to supervise. Building relationships with various engineers inside and outside of the company, ensuring that consumables were located correctly and correct levels were organised with suppliers. Filling out paperwork, reports and attending daily and weekly meetings. Relaying the correct information to managers and senior managers in a timely manner.I am currently studying a degree in BSc Motorsport Engineering while working full time. While studying the degree I have volunteered my spare time to gain some workshop experience, where I got hands on experience in stringing up a race vehicle, cleaning racing tyres, changing of tyres and the refuelling of the car. I have attended a race day at Brands Hatch circuit with The National Motorsport Academy where I helped an engineer and drivers with general tasks in the pit garage in a racing environment.
