Senior Training Specialist
CurrentManaging the training function to improve the productivity of district trainers and agency employees. Responsible for effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for specific employees. Conduct need assessments to identify corporation-wide training initiatives. Help design programs and effectively implement them to educate and enhance employee performance. Partnering with district leadership to determine training needs and metrics for success. Reviews business strategies and outcomes for talent management processess to determine training needs. Deliver training programs to enhance employee's ability to reach organization goals. Provide insight and ideas for continuous improvement. Coordinates with other training groups and Home Office team to support reporting capability, administrative guidance and postive user experience. Effectively administers training programs to include coordination of meeting rooms, presenters, participants and materials. Periodically researches methods to address individual training needs.
