In his previous role, Thomas led the development and implementation of business insights tools based on Salesforce's Einstein Analytics solution as well as its integration into Salesforce's new and powerful lightning environment. Thomas was responsible for the development of the ‘Delta Analytics Application’ – a tool to designed to provide a 360° customer view, reports as a self-service capability and qualified sales leads to up-sell or retain at risk customers. His work also involved the development and automation of all backend processes to process and integrate data sourced from Spark's systems and data warehouses into Salesforce, in particular Einstein Analytics.Thomas was also responsible for the sourcing and modelling of data and insights consumed by our NBA ('Next Best Action') processes that we have implemented in Salesforce.In 2017 Thomas was invited by Salesforce to present our innovative customer analytics solution at the Dreamforce Conference in San Francisco, where more than 170,000 people from around the world attended. Achievements: • Realized a 9-fold increase in Marketing effectiveness (increased sales conversion from 9% to 78%)• Realized a 30% increase in Sales effectiveness

Dreamforce is Salesforce's annual user conference and the largest software conference in the world. In 2017 it was held in San Francisco from 6 to 9 November. The conference was truly an innovation hub and learning event of the year. There were in total 171,000 attendees and more than 3,200 breakout sessions. The conference offered ample occasion to learn about the latest innovations and trends.
