Placed in charge of planning, organising and executing a 4,000 mile road trip around the West coast of America for 35 children aged 15-16 years old. For this role I had to plan trip routes, finances and coordinate with external companies for daily activities as well as the accommodation for the 35 children and 6 staff members.

Being part of the finance team at M&S, my role was to process customer complaints about mis sold PPI. By completing due diligent search through customer archived payments via database search and other pieces of evidence from the point of sale, we would have to create a case for the customer and make a decision whether or not the customers case should be upheld or rejected.
