I opened this franchise because I wanted to get back to the things that matter: authentic food, quality ingredients, and personal interactions. I wanted to move out of the digital world and enjoy a more authentic life—enjoying experiences face-to-face instead of reading about them in tagged posts. The restaurant industry is competitive. With multiple pizza places to choose from, I want people to choose MidiCi. Just as your home kitchen awakens your senses and taste buds, MidiCi strives to create that same experience while dining out. When you walk through our doors, you are surrounded by the rich aromas of our pizzas, drizzled with fresh olive oil, baking in our wood-fired ovens. Our olive oil is one of only five ingredients we use in our pizzas. We serve non-GMO, fresh, natural ingredients and our manual flywheel slicer slices up fresh prosciutto to order.
