Thomas has held various senior positions in the Management Consulting and IT industries since 1990. Tom is the former VP of Research and Consulting Services at the Iacocca Institute for global manufacturing competitiveness. He is a member and trainer in various industry organizations, and frequently speaks at professional associations. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and a Masters degree in Information Systems. In addition, Tom obtained expertise and certifications in products including Mapics, SAP R3, Siebel, Pivotal, Microsoft CRM, SAP ByD, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, EPICOR, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. His industry experience includes electronics, chemical, biotech, pharmaceutical, defense, textile/apparel, discrete manufacturing, automotive, consumer products, financial and others. He has worked with International companies such as AT&T, EDS, Bose, Dow Corning, Texas Instruments, Mack Trucks, Steel Case, General Motors, Textile Clothing Technology Corporation, Rockwell, Boeing North America, Lockheed Martin, and Hughes Electronics. He has worked with International companies as well as SME organizations throughout the United States and Europe.Tom most recently led the National Front Office Practice, was a Senior Consultant of the Manufacturing Solution Team, and co-designer of the life sciences vertical at The Aston Group.Tom is a founder of Clients First and is on the Senior Management Team.In 2011, Tom along with members of Clients First and Sikich created NAV-X, LLC. a Distribution Vertical ISV for the Dynamics NAV marketplace.
