Deployed MS Teams to improve employee productivity and Work-From-Home functionality during Covid. • Achieved IT separation of Chemicals business (43 projects 2 years) enabling AkzoNobel to realize its $12.5b in sale proceeds. Successfully managed separation with a $66m budget and a team of 7 project managers, PMO support team, Change Management and Communication team, Financial Control, and Infrastructure partners. • Enterprise Advanced Planning tool evaluation - Led the effort with enterprise architects, Supply Chain, and Gartner Consulting to narrow the options and subsequently to prepare an RFI and two RFP’s (software and services)• Chemicals Business Advanced Planning Implementation (7 projects 2 years): Partnered with Arkieva to improve product forecasting through S&OP, reduced inventory, and improved manufacturing scheduling.• Operational Technology (OT) Program: Reduced security risk by delivering EDR into the OT DMZ and identifying a Network Detection and Response (NDR) solution. • PMO Team Management providing PMO planning and continuous process improvement. Reported to the CIO and managed an acquired organization from Imperial Chemicals including employee transition and IT budget. Responsible for delivering and decommissioning transitional services provided for two independent divestments. • Successfully executed Adhesives business TSA support services for Henkel through an extremely complex contractual secondment arrangement enabling AkzoNobel to realize $5.4b for the sale.• Negotiated a second set of TSA support services for the sale of the Starch business to CPI enabling AkzoNobel to realize $1.3b for the sale.

Charged with providing program and project management to key global IT infrastructure projects including Finance Excellence (Global Finance BPO – Business Outsourcing Program for over 30 Finance organizations) and Legal Entity Separation in preparation for multiple divestments resulting from acquisition by Akzo Nobel. Provide leadership and mentoring to PMO project managers within the North America Infrastructure Delivery Team. • Manage joint IT work stream consisting of ICI and outsourcer IT resources and direct six contractors• Implement new global IT support model and Global IBM GERS T&E system with AMEX integration• Work closely with Finance & Accounting leaders and Process leaders for Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) to build local project teams and to provide solutions.• Work with outsource partner to provide access for over 200 ICI applications to 450 offshore users. • Realized greater security compliance and reduced operational efforts by implementing firewall protection with BPO provider and by implementing PKI security solution.• Provided mentoring, direction, and reviews for a team of project managers

Overview: Reported to CIO and was accountable for building new global support organization responsible for data center, functional application support, technical application support and security administration. Provided strategic/tactical expertise to HR Leadership Executives and HR Operational Committee to develop and deliver HRIS strategy. Functionally responsible for all aspects of IT Service Delivery, Budget Administration, SOX compliance, Vendor/Contract Management and Project Delivery. Operational activities included monitoring team performance against support SLA’s, reviewing outsourcer performance against SLA’s, and ensuring resource allocation for steady program of enhancement/fixes. Developed customer project request process and chaired portfolio review meetings with HR Business Information Managers to review investment priorities and active project status. Key Achievements Successfully built global support organization from the ground up  Led the Business HRIS Managers to Develop Annual Plans and deliver plans to the executive HR Leadership Team. Led PeopleSoft Technical Support Outsourcing initiative including Data Center and Technical Application Support.  Introduced employee self-service project to enable employee review of pay stubs, benefits enrollment and benefit views via the internet.  Oversaw numerous projects including: Euro Conversion, Employee ID Conversion, Annual US Open Enrollment, and Canadian Payroll implementation.  Integral role in SOX compliance project which required documentation, detailed audit and remediation; audit provided ICI with confidence that employee personal data and payroll data were managed within proper controls.
