Role summary - Lead in design, development and implementation of data analytics tools, process improvement and automation solutions that meet business needs and support audit reporting, decision making, and execution of audits.

Key Accomplishments Designed and developed a new platform using VBA for internal clients, used for landlord reporting that automatically imported raw data, completed all calculations, generated PDF files and sent out emails according to reporting frequency. Successfully troubleshot and debugged failures in the complex budgeting and reporting platform for Internal Audit, by correcting its data import & export methodology, data structure, and the interface design. Designed and established new processes, which fully automated periodic store sales reporting for all five banners and significantly improved reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Key Accomplishments: Led large Finance Data Transformation projects, designed and developed new processes that could automatically upload complex and large size of sales and financial data from 200+ Excel reports into new database systems.

Key Accomplishments Successfully identified inefficiencies of existing reporting processes, designed and developed 60+ new reporting tools and models, which fully automated manual reporting processes, significantly improved reporting efficiency, accuracy and quality by using VBA & macros.
