As part of an international collaboration, I have taken a lead role in driving both the scientific and software development aspects of the project; I have placed particular emphasis on employing a rigorous approach to the entire product development life cycle, including employing UML diagrams for architecture design, using Travis and a detailed test suite for CI, and containerized deployment using both Docker and Singularity.
