Responsible for the tracking design, intake, configuration, reporting and maintenance of the company's Contingent Workers Learning Management System (Cornerstone On Demand). • Provides learning operations support and oversight of the Learning Management System (LMS) for TIAA-CREF’s contract worker population. This supports includes:• Develop and manage intake process for content to be loaded and reports to be generated from contract worker LMS • Upload of training materials and job aids to the contract worker LMS• Establish all training enrollments for contract workers • Establish and oversee maintenance process of content in contract worker LMS, in partnership with SMEs and Learning and oversee incident submittal & follow-through; management with CSOD Customer Support• Assigns and maintains portal security roles and data access requests from business clients. • Conduct testing of corporate Web applications that impact our contract worker LMS • Liaison with vendor and TIAA IT as appropriate on technical activities (escalating questions, submitting specialized work order requests, UAT testing of new system enhancements, etc.)• Identify technology risks and engage IT and Cornerstone for resolution, (i.e.; change in Desktop plugins, java settings on end-user desktops.)

· Manage TIAA-CREF Wealth Management Professional Development Program classes for WM Advisors and Client Relationship Specialists· Register, coordinate, track completion of Brokerage, Asset Consolidation and Portfolio Choice training · Manage Advisor and CRS student registrations, assessments, seminars, and exams using Adobe Connect software· Provide directors with student and program training data including attendance, test scores and role-play evaluations

· Coordinate development of training programs for assigned units and personnel· Tracked/provided training statistics for over 500 personnel · Taught over 500 hours to trainees, supervisors and managers on CPR, first-aid skills and “Train the Trainer” skills· Developed training directives for personnel in 11 worldwide locations
