Skilled employee and college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration with years of diverse experience in the workplace ranging from Shift manager, front desk clerk, lifeguard, and mobile pool cleaner. Experience working with small companies to large corporations alike.My name is Thomas Fasano, and I am a junior at North Carolina State University. I am pursuing a degree in business administration with a concentration in operations/supply chain management so that I can pursue what I love doing which is organizing and managing resources so that a company can operate to its maximum effectiveness.My last employment was with Hammerhead Pool Cleaning Services where I managed and maintained every aspect of pools from cleaning, maintaing chemicals, and pool maintenance. This helped me show some of my valuable abilities such as my problem solving and my dependability.I showed my dependability when I was tasked with a route of pools that I had to maintain each day by myself. The challenge about this was that This route was not properly maintained by other employees previously so I had to make sure that while I was on this route that the pool deck was clean, the chemicals were in order and that it would reflect the hard work and care that I put into maintaining this route of pools. This helped to show my boss and the patrons of the pools that I am an employee that they can trust to do a good job daily.I also showed that I am a good problem solver where at each pool I would make sure that the chemical levels are safe and correct in order to protect patrons of the pool, so they do not get hurt but also so that the county inspectors does not shut down the pools for being unsafe. So, I would have to make sure that the pools had the right amount of chlorine in it and make sure the pool was not too acidic as well and if I needed to fix this, I would add the proper chemicals to make sure that the pool was safe to use.
