I created the position of HRD within an SME, specializing in the operation and development of hotels and restaurants. Over the years, by building a team, we have supported the development of the company, whose turnover has grown from € 35m to € 90m in 9 years:by moving upmarket and skills of existing establishmentsthrough the integration of acquisitions, the diversification of activities and territorial diversificationOn a daily basis, this is illustrated mainly by the definition of an HR policy, its implementation around the concepts of benevolence and loyalty, in a seasonal activity, in multi-sites (19) and multi-activities. (5 collective agreements). Our main results are:Turn-over : 4.5% for permanent contractsAbsenteeism : 1.7%Loyalty for non-permanent contracts : 84%The challenges of the position is in the management of multiculturalism (51 nationalities), in a metropolitan area and an overseas area. On-boarding and driving social relations are keys to success.Since 2019, I have taken on the additional responsibility of legal director: managing legal projects (concessions, building permits, licenses, brands, insurance contracts, etc.) and monitoring litigation in urban planning and commercial law.

Souhaitant faire l’expérience de l'entrepreneuriat, j’ai développé une clientèle d’entreprises étrangères, dont l’objectif était d’intégrer la gestion des relations sociales dans le cadre juridique français: Comment conduire des élections du personnel, comment choisir les représentants du personnel, comment adapter sa structure juridique à la contrainte du paritarisme? L’essentiel de l’activité s’est déroulée dans l’environnement SYNTEC.

I entered the project in two stages. First on the Grand Sud perimeter, including the principalities of Monaco and Andorra (specific legislation) and Corsica. Secondly, I was responsible for the area whose managed institutional clients in the Paris region (Hospitals, stations, embassies, Elysées Palace, HLM ...)My missions, in a Sarbanne Oxley (SOX) environment, were mainly oriented on the animation of social relations (Metallurgy) and on the deployment of the ethical rules of the group, with weekly and monthly referrals to the head office in Farmington (Connecticut) .The main success were in the management of Social and Union Relations (CE - DP - CHSCT - 4 central delegates) in the context of the deployment of an Employment Protection Plan (111 jobs)On a daily basis, my mission was the management of the organization and the management of jobs and skills in an activity organized 7/7 days and 24/24 hours.

In the context of the deployment of the Renault Excellence Plan desired by Carlos GHOSN, the main thrusts of which were to increase quality and develop the margin, I was assigned to two distinct perimeters:First, the South-West of France, where I was able to learn the challenges of social relations ôand the methods of acquiring establishments and restructuring activities (site closures, redeployment of skills, etc.)Secondly, the Paris region, where the challenge was to reorganize the pay platform so that HR actions are not hampered by dissatisfaction related to payroll errors.On these two perimeters, I achieved a significant volume of recruitments, from the management of jobs and skills. I also specialized in occupational safety management, through the deployment of preventive actions and the management of French Medical Insurance litigation cases.
