As a Senior Buyer, I am responsible for the identification and selection of suppliers to procure chemicals and other materials, meeting criteria such as assurance of supply, service, cost, quality, regulatory compliance and responsible sourcing. I manage and execute all steps of the strategic sourcing process including: developing RFPs, negotiating with suppliers, conducting bid analysis, and making supplier recommendations. I also support and execute strategic initiatives within assigned categories to drive maximum cost savings, value creation and support of our company’s cash flow initiatives. I partner closely with key stakeholder teams to understand critical business needs and support the development of specific category strategies for the assigned spend categories, including market research and benchmarks, milestones, savings targets, resource requirements, and implementation plans.

As a member of the materials planning team, I manage the raw material planning of the ‘Flavors’ category. I also own the commercialization process for the team, as I identify risks and opportunities to minimize raw material write-offs. I also lead the reporting process for the Materials Management team, utilizing my experience in SAP, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to manage my category and reports as efficiently as possible.

As a Logistics Procurement Analyst, I support the Transportation Procurement Manager through the entirety of the sourcing and bid process. During the bid process, I work to execute strategies surrounding carrier selection, rate negotiation and carrier volume awards. I also assist the category manager in maintaining relationships with carriers by scorecarding, segmenting and meeting with carriers on an ongoing basis. In addition to my responsibilities on the logistics team, I also support the overall procurement department in ad hoc tasks and special projects at the request of procurement leadership. In this role I utilize my experience in SAP, Oracle, MercuryGate and Tableau, in addition to the reporting within Campbell’s TMS, to not only organize data collection for RFIs and RFPs, but to also find cost savings opportunities across the enterprise.

As a member of the Operational Excellence team, I was responsible for organizing and analyzing data across Campbell's manufacturing sites. In this role, I was specifically responsible for looking at cost saving opportunities within raw material and maintenance part inventory. I worked to scorecard, trend and analyze inventory across our sites using SAP and other reporting software.

I served as a Manufacturing Value Stream Planner for finished, and semi-finished products at the Warsaw Plant for Depuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction. In my role, I was responsible for managing inventory levels of both raw materials and finished goods, balancing WIP in my value stream, tracking output and back order for my products, while handling other reporting duties for the entire manufacturing team.
