Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a RN. Performs basic skills per hospital / unit guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team.

Assures the presence, functionality and cleanliness of all necessary equipment. Assists in the transport of patient to departments or units upon request. Assists with preparation as necessary assuring the patient is assisted with meals/ or fed as needed. Ensures room environment is prepared for admission. Provides direct hygiene and comfort care to patients including bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, incontinent care, and bed making. Takes vital signs on admission under the direction of the RN, and documents accordingly on appropriate flow sheets, and notifies the Nurse of results, assists with admission as appropriate inclusive of checking of patient ID bands.Performs and documents glucose finger sticks and collects other specimens as directed. Obtains and documents daily patient weights and observes and documents patient’s intake and output. Provides a safe patient environment by answering call lights promptly, communicating with the Nurse immediately for any change on the patient’s condition. Identifies the needs of the patient population served and modifies and delivers care that is specific to those needs.

Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks; running errands.Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.Helps patients care for themselves by teaching use of cane or walker, special utensils to eat, special techniques and equipment for personal hygiene.Helps family members care for the patient by teaching appropriate ways to lift, turn, and re-position the patient; advising on nutrition, cleanliness, and housekeeping.Records patient information by making entries in the patient journal; notifying nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following asepses standards and procedures; maintaining security precautions; following prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards;Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Sells retail banking products and services to customers and prospects. Manages customer portfolio, services relationships and cross-sells all products and services. Provides broad base of financial and credit services with the goals of acquiring 100% of the customers' business. Develops and maintains relationships with Wells Fargo partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards. Uses profiling analysis tools to identify cross sell opportunities and makes outbound sales calls typically by phone to increase product per customer ratio.
