From 2002 through 2004 I was the General Counsel for the Western Region responsible for legal matters for Chicago, Houston and California. Subsequently, I was the Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Speyer Australia Limited the Responsible Entity for Tishman Speyer Office Fund, a REIT listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (TSO.AX) which owned an interest in an 18 property office portfolio covering 8,000,000 square feet. From 2005-2007 I was resident in Tishman Speyer's Sydney office and then relocated back to San Francisco where I also assumed responsibility for portfolio management of TSO's portfolio.

Maintained a diverse commercial real estate practice representing owner-developers, corporate users, office and retail tenants, REITs and lenders in acquisitions and dispositions, commercial and retail leasing, land acquisition and development and finance transactions.
