Provide technical support for start up of screening systems, unit machines and retrofits. Supervise on site screen repairs and rebuilds. Complete on site basket and rotor inspections. Provide support to local screen shop, RPM's and SAM's for screen retrofits and spare parts. Provide estimates and issue quotes for screen upgrades, retrofits and spare parts.

Create drawing packages of mechanical equipment to be used for fabrication and presentation to customers. Assist in continuous improvement of equipment design. Assist field service personnel with identifying and solving problems that arise during fabrication, installation and start up of equipment and systems. Conduct inspections during and after fabrication of equipment before it is sent to site. Provide construction, start up and shut down supervision at customer sites for work being done at a project site.

Inspect printed labels and IFU's against proofs for inaccuracies. Inspect new rebranded labels/IFU's against previous approved labels/IFU's to insure changes to identify any changes that were made incorrectly and potential compliance issues.

Designed sales configurators for networking solutions distributors and producers. Met with customers on a weekly basis to discuss changes, establish a schedule to implement these changes and demo new content prior to release. Planned and implemented changes requested by customers to existing web content. Used Microsoft Excel, XML and HTML to create and manage data and build each page.

Operate single fiber cutter to determine average cut force required for a blade to cut a single hair. This data is used to identify which materials and coatings will require less force to cut hair. Data is entered into excel data file and analyzed.Inspect experimental blades under a microscope for corrosion as part of a consumer test project. Corrosion spots are counted and data is entered into an Excel data file.
