Bus Stop Films is a pioneering, not-for-profit organisation that uses filmmaking and the film industry to change community attitudes globally around the rights and contribution to society of and by people with disability.As one of the Canberra tutors, I have the privilege to guide students into making a film of their own, giving them the tools, confidence, and connections to produce their own career in film and beyond.

Tutoring 11080 Digital Media Fundamental for Communication and Media students within the Faculty of Arts and Design.In this unit students are equipped with the fundamental skills of professional media production - from image capture, to composition and framing, to editing and beyond. The unit focuses on visual storytelling for professional communication purposes and making compelling communication through image and sound.

Monitor academic and research standards, performance and outcomes for coursework and research students, program quality, and teaching effectiveness within the Faculty and the outcome of improvement actions.Play a lead role in strategic and operational planning of the Faculty including monitoring and reviewing the implementation of the Faculty’s Operational Plan and the Faculty’s contribution to the University’s strategic plan.Critically scrutinise and recommend to Academic Board (via the Curriculum Committee): i. new and revised courses and unit setsii. new units,iii. closure of courses, unit sets and units, and iv. reaccreditation of courses.
