- Building Opening and Closing: Ensure the building is securely opened and closed each day, including locking/unlocking doors, and verifying everyone has vacated the building. - Customer Support and Service: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and supporting their needs within the building.- Team Leadership and Coordination: Manage and oversee assistants and staff, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient operations.- Daily Operations Oversight: Monitor and support the building's daily functionality, ensuring all areas are clean, operational, and ready for use.

- Represent the University and the Student Success Center in a positive and professional manner to all guests, prospective and current students, and faculty- Successfully assist Student Managers and Professional Staff in classroom set-ups and projects throughout the building-Troubleshoot technical problems which results in guest satisfaction every time- Refer visitors, students, and faculty to campus resources as needed, in-person and over the phone- Greet and answer guest's questions while performing daily shift duties by providing support and assistance for JMU Faculty and staff throughout the various departments in the building

- Order Coordination and Delivery: Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to prioritize and deliver food orders accurately and promptly, ensuring they meet customer specifications and are correctly plated.- Customer Service and Inquiries: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer questions, special requests, and feedback while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.- Food Safety and Organization: Monitor food temperatures, adhere to food safety protocols, and maintain cleanliness and organization in preparation and delivery areas.- Support and Collaboration: Assist with restocking supplies, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during peak times to ensure smooth operations.
