The work required continuous due diligence checks throughout all portfolios of Suncor operations, this was completed with the use of Sunnet and several SAP and SRM servers including Materials management module and Contract charge collection. Furthermore, it was our duty to discover and resolve any payment blocks and vendor issues that related to a specific PO. Other duties included sending out Buyer Notification letters and Vendor PO Close Out letters as to reduce any potential liability with closing out POs. The 2006-2011 PO Close Out Initiative required those involved in the project to be proficient and creative in their problem solving skills and communicate those issues with the rest of the team through a team collaboration board.
