A variety of roles, primarily data entry of student's grades and personal information, using prosolution data management software to enroll them on courses. Additional tasks included filing of student information, use of photocopiers and phones, and a small amount of queue management. Dealing with a whole variety of prospective students, including some with limited English, my public relations skills were essential. I got on well with my colleagues, and was invited to take part in a staff football match as a result. I performed the same role during August and September of 2016 as well.

Dealing with customers by answering and inputting telephone orders. This position involved use of SAP, upselling, and dealing with card details. I was also confident in promoting special offers to customers, as well as advising them on any issues with delivery the company was experiencing, and arranging safe places for deliveries to be left. A small amount of general office work was also undertaken, such as filing and posting letters to customers. I excelled in this role to the extent that for the following 2 years I was invited back to fill the same position during the busy Christmas period, in my winter break from university.
