Current• Partnered with a Co-Teacher working at the school and planned a myriad of curricula for both co-taught and individually taught units. • Spearheaded my own individually taught U.S History units that adhered to State Standards and prepared students for standardized history exams. • Aided in day-to-day classroom tasks such as grading, lesson planning, lesson drafting, and assignment creation. • Fostered a culture of resiliency and academic achievement amongst my students via social-emotional supports. • Improved my teaching skills exponentially thanks to constant implementation of co-teacher feedback. • Examined student work via a myriad of formative and summative assessments I created myself. • Championed rich, actionable feedback amongst my students by creating multiple opportunities to provide such feedback.
