I manage $4M of quarterly inventory, monitoring inventory levels to achieve a balance of on-hand inventories and production levels.To carry out my mandate, I lead a team of 12 direct reports to optimize warehouse and stockroom operations, maintain high standards of quality control, improve customer service and retention levels, oversee all shipping and receiving, maintain suitable inventory levels to fulfill client orders, identify and resolve process inefficiencies, forecast and anticipate facility needs, and lead a suite of process improvement initiatives to continually enhance product quality.I also manage a fleet of 8 vehicles, oversee the shipment of $36M+ in equipment and $6.5M in spare parts annually, troubleshoot returned parts, coordinate with vendors, and implement internal quality control processes.
