Currently serving as an Infantry Major in the Marine Corps Reserves, transitioning from deployment in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel as a Foreign Security Force Advisor for the Afghan National Police. Commanded a Marine Infantry Company consisting of 180+ Marines and Sailors, responsible for the training and education, the effectiveness, and the leadership of sub units while solely responsible for the administration and welfare of the unit. Serving currently as Battalion Operations Officer, providing training, direction, and vision of a 1300+ member unit while advising the Battalion Commander on the capabilities, strengths, and shortfalls of the battalion.-Supervised and properly reported to higher headquarters on the efficiency and effectiveness of infantry companies, scheduling and supervising training standards and ensuring milestones are met.-Scheduled and organized the training and operations of the battalion ensuring the unit remains combat effective and able to deploy in a moment’s notice.-Ensured that all safety measures were properly in place and enforced while training hundreds of Marines and Sailors, deploying three times in critical leadership billets, and mentoring junior leaders.-Managed and supervised the storage, maintenance, and use of over $22 million worth of gear and equipment and assumed sole responsibility, conducted monthly serialized inventory of all gear, weapons, and optics signed for, and ensured required maintenance needs were met.-Promoted to Battalion Operations Officer, providing guidance, mentorship, and training standards to five companies within the battalion, ensuring the 1300+ member battalion is combat effective.

Responsible for the installation process definition and execution, policy development, and implementation and strategic shaping of the Installed Sales Program. Drove the mission of quality control and efficient production of installed sales by managing roughly 65 separate projects and the necessary material and logistical needs, while supervising five installation and labor crews and managing pay and schedule relationships.-Successfully planned, organized, managed, and guided the growth of the sales program from 15 communities to its current 60+ communities, increasing production by 300%.-Working directly with the community superintendents of Meritage homes and D.R. Horton, to ensure quality production in a specified timeline was met, assisting in the closing of several hundred homes per year.-Provided continuous improvement, identifying and implementing solutions to complex challenges across a diverse, multi-functional organization.-Trained and mentored four Installed Sales Managers to assist in the developing market and operate in a positive and productive subordinate role, implementing and tracking accomplishments.-Supervised the labor crews in the quality inspection of their work while instructing safety classes and demonstrations to ensure proper OSHA standards are met.-Responsible for the employee hiring, development and performance management.

Responsible for the shipping and receiving of all materials, products, and accuracy of load shipments. Responsible for the cleanliness and order of two warehouses, the professionalism of all warehouse employees, and the organization of large stock and special order shipments.-Began employment with 84 Lumber as the Warehouse Manager in 2014 and within six months promoted into the installation division.-Hired, trained, and mentored 13 warehouse associates to verify orders, build loads for shipment, and verify with accuracy the incoming goods received.-Organized two warehouses to assist in store growth, taking the store from $15M to over $35M in business by organizing, labeling, and reconstructing the warehouses for efficiency.-Successfully managed the shipments and maintained 100% accuracy of customer load outs.-Maintained positive inventory of over 300 items and ordered materials as needed.-Worked with 84 Lumber staff to update shipments both received and delivered.
