Included in this Development is Lotte Shopping Avenue Mall, Ascott Serviced Apartments Tower, DBS Tower (Offices), Raffles Hotel Jakarta, Raffles Premium Residences. This Development also incorporates the Ciputra Atrpreneur Center, Art Gallery, Museum, and 1000 seat theater. The Development is now all Operational and Occupied, with the Raffles Hotel already opened in March 2015.
