• Technical Support (metering systems) to the International TAM operating countries of the Nielsen Group.• Work alongside Nielsen meter development teams to assist with development of meter hardware, software or peripherals to ensure the International TAM Television environment can be measured.• Training Chief Technicians / Technicians of operating countries on the installation procedures of Nielsen meters.• Training on associated tools & systems for meter operation & diagnostics.• Write and distribute manuals and documentation. • Tracking and identifying field problems.• UAT and release new meter types and peripheral devices.• UAT and release new Software versions of meter.• Technical Discovery Workshop: conduct Field tests to ensure the Television environment can be measured by Nielsen Meters, co-ordinate necessary developments if applicable. • Audits; Internal and External• Meter Demonstration & tests (new business tender processes).• Start ups and Implementation: (Technical Training to Chief Technicians, Field Technicians, Stock repair Technicians, QC staff)• Assist operating countries in evaluating and improving the efficiency of their field force.
