I was appointed to oversee the management of day-to-day operations of agency guards, including training, proficiency, compliance and contracts renewal.I was responsible for the project implementation of the Total Integrated Security system for Project-wide (Suncity Casino / Rosewood Hotels / Hoiana Residence / Hoiana Shores Golf Club / Hoiana Staff village and Project development office)My responsibilities included managing a team of SCR Supervisors & Operators for daily operations of the Security Control room which includes management of security systems such as ACS - card access, surveillance camera, intrusion detection systems, Fire Alarm, Building Management, Key Management system, Radio system, Car Parking system, Itrak reporting, etcIn my time here, I successfully reviewed the architecture of implementing SMART Security to bring about better efficiency and cost-effectiveness in security operations.Additionally, I directed daily operations of the ops centre such as configuration, maintenance, as well as report generation for audits/ investigations.In this role, I saw the successful completion of Casino from construction to Soft opening and live operations.
