Prime Contract Manager for the CB&I Stone & Webster China AP1000 Project involving the engineering, startup and commissioning of select buildings and systems of four 1,000 Mw nuclear units. Serving as a member of the project management team encompassing civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering disciplines as well as field construction and commissioning organizations.Extensive experience with commercial and government contracts addressing energy sector EPC, environmental and heavy construction projects. Skills and capabilities attained through a combination of education, training and practical experience include contract management, project management, change & claims management, international business, export compliance and subcontract administration. Select project experience, in addition to the China AP1000 Project, includes:• South Texas Project ABW Units 3 & 4 - Pre-FNTP activities; • Eagle Rock Enrichment Facility - seismic / geotechnical investigations; • Grand Gulf Nuclear Plant uprate - cooling cell expansion; • PPL, Martins Creek Generation Plant - fly ash recovery; • USACE FUSRAP Maywood Remediation Project; and • Nantucket Waste Digester EPC. Support business development on nuclear new build domestic & international opportunities. Contribute to RFP assessments; preparation & negotiation of contract T&Cs; proposal development; risk management strategic planning; red team reviews; and corporate governance reviews.
