I aspire to be the catalyst and conduit which supports organisations in operational and workforce planning optimisation and work/life balance for their teams. Originally from California, I gained experience in aviation as international cabin crew before I moved to Australia. While I continued my time in aviation, I transitioned to allocations and operations for Rex and Jetstar before branching out to workforce planning with Qantas and then into the not-for-profit sphere. My passion for operations and workforce planning has only escalated with time.As a former shift worker myself, I have greater empathy and compassion when dealing with management and employees. My straightforward and calm nature infused with lightness makes me approachable—which I believe is crucial for any leadership position. As a leader, I thrive on empowering my teams and supporting them to fulfil their potential. It’s gratifying and a huge part of why I love what I do. I’m a people person and team player, so interacting with my team and our clients is a complete joy.With 35 years of people management and workforce planning expertise combined, I understand the value of efficient systems and how it significantly improves company-wide performance. I take a diplomatic approach to my career and enjoy the technicalities and accuracy that workplace planning often present along with the changing challenges of operational management. Some of my most impactful contributions in previous positions and now at Wintringham include developing and creating process and procedure manuals designed to improve, optimise, and organise workflow.My dependable demeanor and transparency are two of my greatest attributes—they supersede everything I do.When I’m not at work doing my best to facilitate a healthy and safe culture, you’ll find me out in the countryside camping, hanging out with my dogs and enjoying nature!
