Directs and oversees the operations of Public Services which includes B&G, Fleet Maintenance, Streets and Water and Wastewater utility operations

Assist and educate public & private water and wastewater suppliers and providers with the industry requirements to more effectively operate their facilities

Directs, Plans and Advises on day to day activities of the Town's Water and Wastewater operations and distribution and collection systems.

Local Government, Worked with 4 other Supervisors to establish annual budget for the County, as well as establish goals and a vision to move the county forward. Departments that had policies set by the Board were planning and zoning, economic development, recreation, museum, IT, finance, administration, solid waste and purchasing. Funding for other departments included Amherst County School Board, Sheriffs Dept., Health Dept., Courts, Commissioner of Revenue, Treasurers Office, Social Services, Library and magistrate.

Operate and maintain a 1 MGD Water Treatment Plant
