After being promoted to Sales Manager, I developed and empowered a highly experienced sales team to meet company and manufacturer targets while providing exceptional customer service. In this role, I supervise 15 Client Advisors, six Internet Client Advisors, four Finance Managers, and two Financial Assistance team members.► I create front and back-end profits for the company, averaging approximately $4K to $5K gross income per vehicle retailed (PVR). I was admitted to the Hendrick President’s Club after consistently ranking in the top range of sales for Hendrick Automotive Group.► Through innovative sales efforts, I maximized gross profits for three consecutive years, closing out 2021 at nearly $4K income per retail unit (PRU) and reaching the Center of Excellence for BMW as having secured the highest gross profit for the group on the West Coast

As the Finance Director, I supervised four Finance Managers and work collaboratively to identify unique opportunities to increase dealership profit.

I collaborated with client advisors and sales managers to craft, structure, and finalize transactions from start to finish. Additionally, I funded deals and addressed any funding delays while working with the finance assistance team to ensure transparency and federal and state regulation compliance.► To increase PRU by $300, I restructured the finance process to include the finance manager in structuring all deals.► I led the dealership with an average between $1.5K and $1.8K PRU through menu presentation and by maximizing sales opportunities.
