With over 30 years of work experience in the engineering industry, I have led MTF Engineering Inc. as the President since 1999. In this role, I have overseen designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC and geothermal systems for various commercial and residential projects, delivering high-quality and energy-efficient solutions to our clients. I have also applied my value engineering skills to optimize the performance and reduce the costs of our projects, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention. Some notable projects I have been involved in include the Oklahoma State Capitol Complex, the Locke Supply distribution warehouse, Kenworth manufacturing, and the governor's mansion. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. I have developed my expertise in cost-effective HVAC system design using Revit and IESVE HVAC Solution software, geothermal design, and well-field optimization. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable engineering solutions that enhance the comfort and safety of our communities. I am also committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for our team of engineers, technicians, and contractors, ensuring we deliver high service and professionalism standards.
