He is an Artist / Organizer and maintains an art practice in painting, while engaged at the grassroots of my community and the Great Lakes region in the Environmental and Climate Justice movement. For the past decade Frank been raising environmental awareness through “Toxic Tours” and have lectured at prominent universities throughout the Great Lakes Region and Canada.
