Responsibilities included: Managing Human Resources, Benefit Administration, Risk Management, Banking Relations and Consolidated Financial Reporting for US and UK operations. Actively participated in final acquisition negotiation for company’s purchase of UK operating division saving investors over $200,000. Negotiated with acquisition lender to provide favorable lending and covenant terms for the acquisition. Completed integration of financial reporting systems between newly acquired company and parent reducing monthly close cycle from 14 days to 7 days. Provided tax-planning solutions to US based shareholders in order to minimize tax impact of loans to and interest paid from newly acquired operating entity.

Provided financial services at this aerospace manufacturer during growth from $71 million to $125 million and subsequent retraction to $81 million. Responsibilities at this French owned corporation included consolidation of four subsidiaries including one foreign subsidiary, acquisition and merger of two subsidiaries and subsequent sale of one subsidiary.  Managed financial operations including Information Systems, General Accounting, Treasury, Financial Reporting (U.S. and French formats), Tax Management, Pension Plan Administration, Payroll, Budgeting, Semi-Annual and Annual Audits.  Researched, selected and managed transfer of $18 million pension plan to new service provider. Reduced monthly financial reporting process from seven days to three days. Reduced staffing requirement from 11 to seven persons.
