This role entails planning the working days of all 66 colleagues within the Commercial Welcome Team based in Halifax. I ensure all new business account applications are dealt with in a timely and effective manner and are allocated to a suitable colleague based on their skill set and to meet the expectations of the customer. I regularly liaise with key stakeholders such as Relationship Managers, Area Directors and customers themselves when required to ensure work is on track .

This role entailed managing the opening of new, bespoke business accounts for clients with turnover from £1m to £25m. I would regularly lease with clients and discuss their business in depth and their account requirements while also managing their expectations and those of my key stakeholders (Relationship Managers, Area Directors). I acquired a great understanding LBG's risk procedures and standards which enabled me to excel in this role.
