Serving God and the Global ministry of Every Man a Warrior (EMAW), through my relationship with Jesus Christ, by meeting the growing administrative, logistical, and fiscal needs of the organization.

While in this role, I managed all distribution, trucking and safety responsibilities. My direct reports included two supervisors, two lead persons and one inventory controller on two full shifts. At peak, before 2017, my department had a total of 40 warehouse associates and drivers. During 2018, the most significant impact of being purchased by Win Wholesale had reached its climax as the personnel in the operation were greatly reduced to new levels based on much less volume and responsibility. In August I resigned my position and this became effective on October 2nd. After resignation, I was able to devote my attention and direct my efforts full-time to our community of believers at Faith Journey Fellowship.

I was responsible for site operations on two shifts. This included receiving, shipping, transportation, sanitation, safety training and numerous human resource functions. My direct reports included three front line supervisors, two lead persons and one inventory controller.
