This position involves maintaining & upgrading telecommunication systems. I have been in this role for a bit over 4 years now. Project planning and site network upgrades to Cisco; wireless infrastructure and new VoIP based phone systems using Cisco Unified Communications. Occasional cabling required and often data terminations.I have a wide knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies including carrier based systems, having each site inter-connected via Fibre, Copper or Radio Wireless. In my current role I have often helped out with Telephony jobs, with much system support of Cisco Unified Communications and liaising with Telstra to have lines installed or troubleshoot problems.Experience in a wide variety of networking hardware in the implementation of new site hardware, designing & then implementing the new systems while liaising with the site for outages and new changes, running training courses for staff for new systems such as phones.

At Bunnings, my role involves supporting all the Bunnings sites across the state in level 2 support role.Currently I am the administrator for the McAfee Anti-Virus environment for 10,000 end-points comprising of PCs, Laptops & Registers throughout the company nationally.I have had extensive project management experience coordinating fit-outs of new Bunnings stores throughout NSW/ACT, both acquisitions & existing store refits, which involves organising contractors, equipment and a team to run the IT portion of the setup. I have a high attention to customer support and always actively encourage the support of our customers within my team.I have successfully completed my Diploma of Management within Bunnings in November 2011Part of my day-to-day support of the systems at Bunnings stores also includes looking after the 150 people in support roles to the business.
