You can say I grew-up in the security industry. My father was a police officer and I would go with him to do guard duty as a child when I didn’t have school. Started working in the security industry as a guard at 18 and have never looked back. Moved into supervisor quickly and followed that into sales. I developed our Alarm division which change the makeup of our company for the future. We have grown from a security guard company that did alarms to a security firm that is 50-50 split between guards and technology. After years of using other companys surveillance trailers I decided we needed to build our own since we couldn’t find one on the market that we good enough for us. In 2017 I started Compass Mobile Security to build our own mobile surveillance trailers.
