Lead the origination of aircraft and engine investments and sales, as well as a wide breadth of aircraft leasing and debt structures. Oversee asset management for a fleet of 63 commercial aircraft and 100+ CFM56-7B engines to optimize maintenance costs and maximize financial returns. Also responsible for sourcing and acquisition activities across the wider supply chain including jet fuel and other goods and services contracts in support of airline operations.

Airline Economics 40 under 40 - 2022. Expanded the fleet from 36 to 42 aircraft in 2022 through a mix of tailored lease buyouts and new lease transactions. Completed a $188 million private EETC financing secured by 13 aircraft. Managed the teardown process for two retired 737s.

Grew the passenger fleet from 31 to 36 aircraft during 2021. Successfully negotiated and closed on six lease buyouts with five different lessors and refinanced with term loan debt. Identified and closed on the purchase of three CFM56-7B engines.

Responsible for a range of supply chain initiatives and negotiations involving aircraft equipment (BFE) and airframe/engine maintenance contracts.

Led financial analysis team responsible for key financial modeling including long range plan, fleet transactions, route level profitability, contract negotiations and ad-hoc scenario analysis in support of corporate initiatives.

Led financial analysis and supported negotiations for 30+ aircraft lease returns. Led decision analysis resulting in an order for a mix of 134 Airbus A320/321neo’s. Led financial analysis and supported negotiations to secure sale leaseback financing for 40+ new aircraft, valued in excess of $2 billion. Renegotiated an OEM engine maintenance contract encompassing 172 LEAP-1A engines.
