CurrentManage multiple maintenance, renovation and new construction projects up to a value of $25M.Direct project delivery through the establishment and oversight of contractual relationships with consultants, contractors, and other professionals required to fulfill projects objectives (including timeliness of delivery and agreed upon budget parameters) through delivery of the project or service.Development and maintenance of various project control documentation as needed.Preparation and maintenance of various financial forms, including Proposal Request, Notice & Responses, Liability Reports, Change Orders, and Applications for Payment.Submittal and coordination of various permits and work request to NASA technical support groups, including time line location, fire alarm, line safety and environmental.Communication and coordination with various in-house operational groups as necessary, including using in-house labor when cost effective and necessary.Communication and coordination with NASA over-site group.Regular visit field construction sites to review project status with contractors, assure quality construction, and review safety practices.
