I ensure staffing aligns to current and future needs. I provide proposals to implement future technical enhancements to Ownship IPT, manage risk and opportunity for the Ownship IPT and utilized system and software metrics to monitor my teams progress against our baseline goals to validate productivity or identify areas of concern.
