With over 20 years of experience, I am a seasoned and versatile disputes partner and arbitrator, specializing in international and domestic disputes across various industry sectors. As the Global Lead for International Disputes at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, I represent clients in complex and high-stakes arbitrations and litigations, often involving the construction, energy, aviation, real estate, and manufacturing sectors. I am passionate about delivering excellent legal services and achieving optimal outcomes for my clients, while adhering to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. I also value diversity, collaboration, and innovation.In my current role, I leverage my extensive experience and knowledge of international arbitration, commercial litigation, and corporate law, as well as my strong legal writing and advocacy skills. I have successfully handled arbitrations and litigations before various major institutions and courts, in different jurisdictions and under different governing laws, with a heavy focus on the Asia-Pacific region. I have also acted as an arbitrator and I am active in several international legal associations and local civic organizations. Some of my notable achievements include defending a Japanese client against $7 billion in arbitration claims related to a nuclear power plant and leading a team defending a Japanese airline seat manufacturer against multiple claims impacting 130,000 airline seats worldwide.
