Key contributions included: Mentored engineers and scrum teams on technical and agile transformation while serving as a SAFe System Architect on multiple Release Trains involving direct responsibility for on average 5 Scrum teams.I was asked to assist the NetBackup Team with their 8.1 software release. Key contributions included:NetBackup Encryption KMS (Key Management Service) ♦ Fulfilled the roles of Scrum Master, Product Manager, and project Program Manager (responsible for feature integration into the overall product release).♦ Defined KMS architecture, use cases, and requirements. Ensured “psychological acceptability” by including support for both random number and passphrase key generation.♦ Responsible for the source code integration into the mainline repository and compilation/builds.♦ KMS was the first NetBackup service to embrace an “economy of mechanism” design.
