-Lead the team in gathering product data and image capture onsite in a variety of locations for clients such as Vestcom, Wegmans and Quik Chek.-Assemble and organize travel team along with formulating goals to complete each project for maximum efficiency and accuracy. -Always communicating with the travel team and being open to new ideas while also putting everyone in the best positions to exceed in each unique role.-Maintain constant communication with the client before, during and after completion of a project.-Keep detailed track records and productively numbers throughout each project and to review afterwards for possible areas of improvement.

-Manage product databases for clients such as Bimbo, Bimbo Bakehouse, Kroger, Albertsons-Safeway and others while continuously adjusting to new tasks, requests and guidelines and always maintaining the upmost precision and accuracy. -Support both the Digital Product Content department and the Company overall by utilizing my extensive knowledge and familiarity with GS1 specifications, product specification standards and consistent branding information-Proficient in both portals and websites specific to the Company and my position, such as DDS, Omnipix, 1WorldSync and Salsify, as well as more general and widely used applications such as Microsoft Office, Photoshop and video-conferencing services such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.-Compile and cultivate a variety of project specific spreadsheets and reports in order to maintain consistent records in product merchandising, marketing and physical item characteristics; such as dimensions, product orientation, branding and display fronts.

-Entering purchase orders via fax, email or over the phone with the ability to transcript and type quickly with precise accuracy. -Assisting costumers and business owners around the country in purchase order statuses, product recommendations and general questions in a clear and concise manner.-Cross-trained in the shipping department entering and checking tracking information, handling costumer inquires regarding their order shipments and working with UPS/FedEx/USPS software and services. -Perform general office skills such as purchase order filing, support customer service by taking troubleshoot calls and corresponding with the appropriate departments based on the specific task at hand.
