With over 5 years of extensive experience in the IT sector, I have refined my skills in both technical and managerial roles. Currently serving as an IT Systems Analyst at Ray White, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of programs including Active Directory, Group Policy, Workspace One, Cherwell, CrowdStrike, FreshService, and Automox, significantly broadening my technical expertise.In addition to my role at Ray White, I am a Director at Prydes Support where I manage the IT systems. My responsibilities here have allowed me to gain hands-on experience with tools like JumpCloud, Automox, and Bitdefender. I have also been instrumental in setting up ShiftCare and GoodHuman as NDIS client management systems, and establishing the IT infrastructure currently in use at Prydes Support.Serving as a Google Admin for both Ray White and Prydes Support, I ensure seamless operation and security across our tech platforms.
