Tom is responsible for the preparation of surveys, specifications, details, and drawings for repair projects. He oversees project engineering personnel that perform portions of the work and inspects projects for conformance with design drawings and specifications. He is also responsible for project communication between the owner and the contractor and/or subconsultants, proposal preparation, technical consultation, meeting oversight, and other management services required by clients, including project invoicing and costing. His project experience includes renovation and repair of numerous commercial buildings, high-rise residential communities, parking facilities, and other specialized structures.
