I am currently working on the Advanced Light Source Upgrade (ALS-U) project for the Advanced Light Source which is a Synchrotron facility housed at Berkeley Lab (Berkeley, California). As a member of the Vacuum Group I am leading the manufacturing and assembly of all vacuum components for the Accumulator Ring and the Storage Ring. My main duties are the following:- Lead the fabrication / procurement of all vacuum components: • Finalization of design • Defining budget and schedule • Writing technical documentations • Involved in awarding contracts • Review and approval of manufacturing documents • Follow up of the fabrication with vendors • Review and Approval of all FAT documentations- Lead the Site Acceptance Test: • Development of inspection and test plan • Development of QA/QC documentation • Review and approval of test report and QA/QC documentation- Lead the assembly of Vacuum Lines: • Development of installation and vacuum qualification plan • Development of QA/QC documentation • Review and approval of QA/QC documents -Supervision of Vacuum technicians

From November 2018 to December 2019I worked on MITICA Beam Source project and I was in charge of supervision of manufacturing of Beam Source components within several sub contractors through Europe (Netherlands, Germany, Italy, France, etc...). My main scope of work was :- Write technical specification- Follow up manufacturing through sub contractors- Ensure QA process of manufacturing- Procurement of vacuum components- FAT / SAT- Ultra High Vacuum environment From May 2017 to October 2018I was in charge of :- Business developments- Tender management (ITER, F4E, etc...)- Project management (ITER, F4E)
