I have a strong background in retail, having served as the Vice President of Merchandising for two leading beauty chains, Cosmoprof and Beautyfirst, where I oversaw the selection, pricing, promotion, and distribution of thousands of products across hundreds of stores. I also have extensive operational and managerial experience, having led the growth and expansion of Bio Ionic, a premium hair care brand, as the Chief Operating Officer, and Helen of Troy, a global consumer products company, as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the personal care division.
