In the last 40+ years, the development arm of Summit Properties (formerly Green Mountain Development Group) has developed over 1,200 residential apartments, 250,000 square feet of commercial/office space, and over 200 homes and townhomes. Summit currently manages over 1,300 apartments in Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York and continues to actively develop properties in the region, with an emphasis on affordable and mixed-income rental housing.
