Brought on board to lead volunteer recruitment, training, management, and retention. During the course of the campaign, my role expanded into Field and Voter Contact Coordination, which pertained to organizing phonebanking and canvassing events. By the end of the campaign, I was also tasked with generating targeted demographic lists for all targeted paid media, developing media strategy, and the formation and execution of our GOTV campaign. My efforts resulted in an increase of ~40,000 votes cast for the candidate, when comparing primary returns to the midterm.
