Responsible for developing and driving B2B, B2B2C (OTA) & B2C sales, distribution and contracting policy, preparing and monitoring budgets, managing teams and projects in an international context (Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium). Direct management of a team of 17 people (7 field sales managers FR + 2 CH, 1 project manager, 1 B2C manager, 6 members of the sales back-office team - 3 CH + 3 FR).
